EVENT OPENING HOURS

Saturday 7th February: 10am - 7pm

Sunday 8th February 10am - 6pm

SET-UP/BREAKDOWN

IMPORTANT:

  • No open-toe shoes are allowed during setup/breakdown.

  • No children under 16 in the hall during setup/breakdown. Breakdown will not start until the hall is cleared of children.

  • Review the exhibitor manual for all other rules.

Key Dates

Friday, 6th Feb

  • Loading: 14:00PM–18:30PM

  • Hall closes: 19:00PM

  • Internal inspection throughout the day

Saturday, 7th & Sunday, 8th Feb

  • Access for exhibitors: 08:00AM

  • Health & Safety inspection on Saturday: 09:00AM

  • Stands must be ready for trading: 09:30AM.

  • Hall closes to exhibitors: 19:00PM.

Breakdown - Sunday, 8th Feb:

  • Event closes at 18:00

  • Breakdown starts at ~18:30 once the public has exited.

  • Hall closes/ everyone off-site: 21:00.

Loading Slots

  • Book setup/breakdown loading slots via Voyage Control. (Details in exhibitor manual)

  • Pre-book 21 days before the event.

  • Doors: S3 - S7.

IMPORTANT LOADING NOTES:

  • Bring your own trolleys, as these are not provided.

  • High-vis jackets are required for all exhibitors during loading at all times.

Car Parking

ExCeL London offers paid on-site parking (2,000+ spaces) beneath the venue. Pay-and-display machines accept cash and cards. Details: www.excel.london/visitor/getting-here

Pre-Order Catering

Pre-order from hall vendors daily from 9am for queue priority, or order to your stand via ExCeL Hospitality: excellondonhospitality.exhibitorcatering.co.uk

Staff Passes

Each stall receives 5 STAFF PASSES PER EXHIBITOR, valid all days.

Do not remove your LANYARD it’s required for hall entry at all times.

Collection Points:

  • Fri, 6th Feb: Inside the hall near contractor entrance 3 (next to entrance S2).

  • Sat, 7th Feb: Contractor entrance 3 (before show opens).

  • All Other Times: Main ticket desk at hall entrance.

For additional LANYARDS, contact your sales rep in advance - PLEASE DO NOT BE OFFENDED IF THIS REQUEST IS REFUSED



STAND DETAILS

SHELL SCHEME STANDS

Shell scheme stalls contain the following:

1. Carpet
2. Nameboard - ORDER YOUR NAMEBOARD BY SUBMITTING THE BELOW FORM

Please note that electrics, furniture and any further additions must be ordered and paid for separately - please ensure you fill out the forms with your requirements and email them back to the contractors. There is no guarantee that late bookings will be accommodated for.

Further information about your stall:

  • All stock not on display must be stored neatly.

  • Any pop-up banners must remain within the confines of your space, and not encroach on the walkways

  • All staff must remain within the confines of your space in order to keep the walkways clear for guests.

  • Staff are not permitted to walk around the venue handing out flyers/sweets or any information.

PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE

If you do not have Public Liability Insurance and wish to purchase a one-off PLI with the London Muslim Shopping Festival, please click below. You shall not receive a certificate but will be added to the events policy.

All exhibitors must have Public Liability Insurance to trade at the event.

Orders must be received before Jan 2026 and prices will increase as of the Jan 2026.

By signing the declaration form you are agreeing to follow all instructions given and abide by all rules and restrictions put in place by the event.


HEALTH & SAFETY DECLARATION FORM

Once you have read & understood the exhibitor manual and completed the relevant exhibitor forms, please complete the Declaration Form below.

NOTE
The declaration form must be completed by all exhibitors. This is a compulsory form and entry onto the site will not be permitted if not completed.

The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations requires cooperation and coordination with all parties whilst sharing a workplace. It is a condition of entry into the exhibition that EVERY exhibitor, contractor, subcontractor, supplier and their agents comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 (HASAWA74) and all other legislation covering the venue. The Exhibitor accepts that it is their legal and moral responsibility to ensure that their own and others health and safety is not put at risk by their actions (or inactions) during Muslim Travel Show 2026.
